About Us
Making Christmas Gifts...
The local food pantry accepts items that can be given as gifts during the Christmas season. They can be store-bought or hand-made items - like these bees, scarves, and baby sweaters made by our church for donation. If you wish to donate gift items, you can drop them off at the pantry on Saturday mornings between 8-10:30 am, or drop them during the week at A Community of Faith Church, 101 Belle Street, Raymond. Our church is also a drop-off site for food items for the pantry during the week. If the church isn't open when you come, just call the number on the door and someone will come to collect your items.

Community Trunk-or-Treat 2025
Donna Smith-Wood was queen bee for a day, heading up our table at the Panhandle community trunk-or-treat. Darrell Cannedy was her only worker bee, but together they served up bee-themed treat bags that encouraged the children to have a Bee-attitude, because we all BEElong to Jesus!

Packing Rice Packs to Feed the Hungry

Working with:

Besides worshipping together, we like to work side by side with our neighbors! We partner with a variety of local non-profit organizations to help our community, as well as those in need across the world. Above, we are shown partnering with Midwest Mission, but we also partner with the Panhandle Food Pantry and other area churches to meet needs as they come to our attention.
Mission outreach is important to us!
Those at home are able to participate through making clothes, diapers, book bags, baby sweaters... so many things to keep others warm, fed, and prepared for school. They can also donate food, school supplies, items for personal dignity kits, and give toward the purchase of such items if unable to physically pack kits at our mission events.

Meet the Pianist

Laura Bender
Having retired from a state job, Laura has joined us at A Community of Faith to provide most of our service music. She is with us about nine months out of the year, and her music is greatly appreciated.
Laura is a talented musician, so come and hear her beautiful playing from Easter through Christmas seasons! You won't be disappointed.
